The CCG was formally established in 2013 and is ideally situated at the edge of the Ribble Valley, in modern premises (junction 5 of the M65), with accessible transport links to Manchester and Preston . We are run by local GPs in 24 practices across the borough and we are responsible for planning, organising and buying a range of healthcare services for people that live in Blackburn with Darwen.
