Main duties of the job
- Communicate in an efficient, polite and courteous manner at all times.
- Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people across all trust departments and members of the public.
- Ability to use own initiative to answer queries and forward relevant communication to team members.
- Able to work without direct supervision at times and to take initiative in the absence of the team, ensuring safe practice with regard to patient information at all times.

- Previous work experience in secretarial and/or administrative duties including handling telephone queries

Applicant requirements
